Meet Christina L. Mial

Christina L. Mial is a dynamic pastor, author, life coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to inspiring others through faith, empowerment, and creativity. As the founder of By His Stripes Outreach Ministries and For My Life Coaching LLC, Christina provides compassionate guidance to those navigating life’s challenges. Known for her transparency, vulnerability, infectious smile, and relatable personality, she has become a sought-after speaker with a gift for connecting authentically with her audience.

Her entrepreneurial spirit extends into her ownership of For My Life Journeys, a travel company designed to create faith-based experiences, and For My Life Images, a photography business offering unique, memorable captures. A multi-time ACHI Magazine Award nominee, Christina was honored as Master Coach of the Year and received the Speak Life Award in 2024. She was also highlighted as an author at Karen Clark Sheard’s Ladies First Summit.

Christina resides in Raleigh, NC, as a proud mother of four and grandmother of one. She studied Biblical Studies and Church Administration at Oral Roberts University, bringing theological depth and spiritual insight into her work.
